Alpine A110 330mm big brake kit

This big brake kit is for all new Alpine A110 models featuring 330x28mm rotors front and rear.

With a choice of AP racing or Alien110 rotors made in the UK specifically for Alien110.  

The 330x28mm two piece brake discs are handed left and right and are designed to maximise airflow and cooling through the disc. The additional cooling width and diameter of the discs will aid heat dissipation and braking torque.  The alloy bells are made to Alien110 design and the curved vane, grooved rotors are a made in the UK. 

The bells and rotors are all bolted using AP bolts and high temperature aerospace K Nuts.  We prefer bolted disc set-ups to reduce pad knock back, and they don't cause any rattling.  In our opinion bolted rotors give a more consistent pedal feel and feedback.

Compared to stock discs:
Original Alpine 296mm disc 7.4kg each
Original Alpine 320mm disc 7.6kg each

The 320-330mm front kit comes complete with caliper spacers and the OE bolts are retained.  The 296-330mm front kit comes complete with caliper spacers and longer bolts.

The rear kits come complete with caliper carriers.  The carriers are designed by us and made from high strength 6081 aluminium and hard anodised for endless corrosion protection.  As standard, the outer rear pad is not in the optimal position, so we have designed these carriers to place the outer pad in more optimal position and the inner pad running right up to the edge of the disc to maximise braking torque.

Optimal brake cooling is gained from having these rotors cooled from the inside face only.  Discs like the OE Brembo, and some other aftermarket big brake kits, draw air from both sides of the disc - this can disrupt airflow and cause less air to be drawn into the centre of the rotor and expelled from the outside edge.  AP racing advise that air should only be drawn from one side (inside) only.
